Looking For A Unique Mother’s Day Gift? Check Out These Chocolate Pups

If you’re a foodie, you may be familiar with thenibble.com.  The site is dedicated specialty foods and showcases unique food finds.  I was checking the site out today and came upon their Top Pick Of The Week, Peanut Butter Chocolate Ganache Pups.

The candies are dog shaped and infused with peanut butter/chocolate ganache.  They’re hand made using premium milk chocolate, the pup faces are hand decorated using dark chocolate, and the pup’s ears are made of toasted almonds.  A box of nine bonbons is $22.

What’s even better, 5% of sales from these confections will be donated to Companions for Heroes, a non-profit organization that matches rescue pets with wounded veterans.
