Dogs and Rain: Love It Or Hate It?

When it comes to dogs and rain, they either seem to embrace it  or avoid going outside altogether, there doesn’t seem to be any middle ground.

Brutus, an English Bulldog, is a dog walking client that isn’t overly fond of walking on sunny days.  Here he illustrates the point that walks just aren’t any fun at all on dreary, drizzly days.
