Just a Little Friday Funny from Party Marty!

Party Marty, here to tell a joke at yet another dog’s expense. Hey! It’s what he does best! (At least when he is not cat napping, which happens to be, oh, most of the day!)

It’s Friday, folks, and we all need a good laugh! We get to enjoy the Memorial Day Weekend, which hopefully for all of us means sunshine, great weather, lots of backyard barbeques and gatherings with friends and family. However, it is also a time for saluting those who have served or who are serving in the armed forces and thank them for all they have done and continue to do so we have the freedoms we enjoy so much. I stand and applaud every one of them!

Here is a little Friday laughter for all of you:

On the door of the little country store a stranger noticed the sign DANGER! BEWARE OF DOG! Inside he saw a harmless old hound dog asleep on the floor besides the cash register.

He asked the store manager, “Is THAT the dog folks are supposed to beware of?”

“Yep, that’s him,” he replied.

The stranger could not help but be amused. “That certainly does not look like a dangerous dog to me. Why in the world would you post that sign?”

“Because,” the owner replied, “before I posted that sign, people kept tripping over him.”
